You should receive your package within 3 working days from the date of order.
Orders placed online during offline events will be delivered within 3 weeks from the date of order.
Please check your mailbox for smaller items (eg dental chews, 10pc wipes, 5g samples) as they would be fulfilled via singpost.
We will not be able to accept cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges upon order confirmation, unless the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exception of Refund, Return or Exchange due to Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and update you on the approval status accordingly. Approval of refund, return or exchange is based on Yappy Pets Pte Ltd’s sole discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, return or return request, and let you know if it is approved or not. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For return and exchange, we will notify you on the process once a decision has been made and the item will be replaced at no additional costs.
Incorrect shipping address entered into the system and notifying Yappy Pets post-shipment, resulting in a return, will not be eligible for a refund as part of our Terms & Conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during the order placement process to facilitate a successful delivery.
Refund Policy
At Yappy Pets, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock at the time of purchase and no replacement or alternative product is available.
Refunds will not be processed for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after confirmation.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your order if something went wrong on our end.
Exchanges are accepted if the item received are either of the following conditions:
- Wrong item was delivered
- The item arrived broken, defective, or damaged.
Exchanges for change of mind are not allowed.
In rare, exceptional cases (subject to approval), exchanges may be arranged for change of mind, and a pickup & redelivery fee of $5.99 per trip will apply.

Returns Policy
We do not generally accept product returns.
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Returns for refunds are not accepted, except in the case of an out-of-stock item (covered under our Refund Policy).
For replacement requests, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.
