Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days in Singapore. You’ll receive an update once your order is on its way.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes, we provide free delivery on orders above SGD 60. For orders below SGD 60, a flat delivery fee of SGD 5.99 applies.
Q: Do you deliver outside Singapore?
A: Currently, we deliver only within Singapore.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order by logging in your Account > Orders
Q: What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
A: The parcel may be left at your front door or a secure location provided by you. On a case by case basis, you may be contacted to reschedule.
Q: Do you allow pick up at the warehouse?
A: No, we currently do not allow self-collection at our warehouse. However, we are working on providing an on-demand delivery option for customers who require urgent orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is:
- Wrongly delivered
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
Q: How do I request a return or exchange?

Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 banking days.
Q: What if the item I received is incorrect?
A: Please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the wrong item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Promotions & Vouchers
Q: How do I use a voucher or promo code?
A: At checkout, enter your voucher code in the “Discount Code” field. The discount will apply automatically if conditions are met (e.g. minimum spend, expiry date).
Q: Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
A: Yes! At Yappy Pets, we allow voucher stacking to give you extra savings. You can combine a brand voucher with a sitewide voucher, or even use two different brand vouchers together. These discounts will also apply on top of any ongoing product promotions. The only restriction is that two sitewide vouchers cannot be used in the same order.
Q: Do you run regular promotions?
A: Yes! Keep an eye out for our monthly deals, bundle offers, and event promotions such as 9.9 or 11.11. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Events & Sampling
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Samples are available for purchase, but from time to time we also run free sampling promotions. Keep a lookout on our website and social media, or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when free samples are available.
Q: Do Yappy Pets join pet events?
A: Yes, we participate in major pet expos and festivals across Singapore. These are great opportunities for pet owners to get exclusive deals and freebies.
Q: Does Yappy Pets offer free delivery during events?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery during events for a minimum spend of $180. The delivery timeline is within 3 weeks from the date of event conclusion.
