Everything you need to know about claiming your complimentary Care Pack
Yes. Your Pet Parent Care Pack is completely complimentary. There is no purchase required. Simply tell us about your pet and we'll curate a Care Pack based on your selected areas of interest.
No. Once your Care Pack has been curated, it will be added to your cart with a unique redemption code that covers both the products and standard shipping.
Every Care Pack is personalised. We'll recommend products based on your pet type, life stage and the areas you'd like help with, such as gut health, dental care, skin & coat or joint support. Products may vary depending on availability.
A friend or family member thought you might appreciate discovering products that could benefit your pet. This is Yappy Pets' way of helping more pet parents discover solutions tailored to their pets' needs.
We'll only use your details to fulfil your Care Pack and provide updates about your order.
Once you've completed your submission and redeemed your Care Pack, we'll process your order and dispatch it within 3–5 working days. You'll receive the same delivery updates as any Yappy Pets order.
Terms & conditions
  1. Each household is eligible to claim one (1) complimentary care pack only.
  2. Claims with duplicate email addresses, mobile numbers or delivery addresses may be rejected. Rejected claims may not be notified.
  3. Care packs are available while stocks last.
  4. Products included in the care pack are selected by Yappy Pets based on your responses and cannot be exchanged or chosen by the claimant.
  5. Care packs are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  6. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions may be rejected.
  7. Yappy Pets reserves the right to substitute products of equal or higher value if any item becomes unavailable.
  8. By submitting this form, you consent to Yappy Pets collecting and using your information to administer this campaign and contact you regarding your claim. Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in.
  9. By submitting this claim, you confirm that you received a valid invitation through the Pass It Pawward campaign. Yappy Pets reserves the right to verify eligibility before fulfilling any claim.
